• All sales are final.
  • Due to the unique nature of our products, NO refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered.

• All items are sold “as-is”.
  • Most of our items are vintage and were shipped to the US from Japan. While most are in great condition, they are decades old and show some sign of age and/or wear. Please keep this in mind.

• Product Descriptions:
  • Photographs are the best indication of condition!

• Order Processing and Shipping:
  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • Note: weather issues may delay or otherwise affect shipping speeds. 

• Cancellation Requests:
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made within 12 hours.

• Accuracy Guarantee
  • We keep detailed records of each item we sell. This includes the notes and photographs provided in the product description in addition to all applicable barcodes, serial numbers, stamps, signatures and “makers marks”. The ability to clearly identify each of our items allows us to ensure accuracy and prevent mistakes.
